Good food, great coffee! Lovely staff! The rooftop patio is almost a secret.

This is a friendly local coffee shop on Baker Street in Nelson. Especially noteworthy is the deck upstairs which is open in the summer. Since few people seem to know about the deck, it is rarely crowded. Lots of plants and tables with sun umbrellas. Good views. I like the loaded breakfast wrap, the salmon bagel, the breakfast special and the ham and cheese melts.

Visited Nelson and we absolutely loved Sidewinders! Best latte I ever had, food is delicious and staff are friendly. Wish they would open a location in Kelowna :)

Great place to grab some breakfast to go, and the coffee is always made right, staff is always friendly, and usually remembers how i like my coffee (not an expectation but a nice bonus)

Nice little cafe with a simple tasty menu. They have a deck upstairs that makes the perfect place to enjoy your grub there on the sunny days.

The Veggie Cheese sandwich is DELICIOUS! Also a great mocha and lovely staff :)

The chocolate chip pecan cookie is easily the best cookie I've ever had.

Good service, great baking. Probably the best muffin I've had in a long time. Coffee was terrible in my opinion, way too oily and an odd flavour.

A tasty stop in downtown Nelson. I just had to stop at this location based on a strong recommendation from a trustworthy source and I was not dissapointed. The decor and ambiance reminded me of European bistro, in a neat building. The food and drinks were tasty and the choices were many. I found the service to be welcoming and friendly. The whole atmosphere in fact seemed relaxed. I was happy to see many people enjoying themselves in the atmosphere. The price was also very Regionale for the quality of the food and drinks. I will gladly return for some tasty treats.

The best part about Sidewinders is the patio in the summer. I'm not really a fan of the coffee or the food. The atmosphere is good though.

What people forget about sidewinders and I was guilty of it to, is that they have a rooftop patio you are allowed to go sit on if you don't want to eat inside. The view is great! They are quick, friendly and their food is delicious. I am not a coffee person, so my favorite drink there is the coconut cream chai and get it sweet. 👌 I enjoy their chicken vegetable wrap and also their loaded wrap.

I have always loved sidewinders and always will! With an absolutely fresh architectural astthetic, the interior (and rooftop balcony in the summer) is a pleasure to relax with a delicious hot local brew. I recommend the breakfast special, super cheap, amazingly tasty!

Bright all-new downstairs decor. Patio upstairs. Great breves. All-day tasty breakfast bun with quality ham, cheese, egg and aioli for only $3.25! Super staff. Highly recommend for a selection of really yummy toasted sandwiches and bagels. Quality ingredients.

Awesome coffee and yummy food, didn't have to wait long to get either. Almost too loud to have a conversation at the tables though.

One of my favourite go to coffee shops in Nelson. Very relaxed (I liked the old decor better but the new is nice too) coffee is great, love their London fogs and chicken and brie sandwiches!!
